Well it’s the holiday session folks and for us ladies it can be a quite time of the year and probably a quite time for everyone really. It’s time to reflect, concentrate on you and generally look after business and private life! Some ladies go on holiday either with family or friends or stay at home with a good book like me. It’s definitely quite in hotel land apparently! Across the country hoteliers are facing up to the facts: rooms are empty, occupancy rates have plummeted and business in general is terribly slow, but then most people are away on holidays, but keep your chins up folks it wont last it never does. Mind you, hotel websites are full of bargains though, with lots of places offering two nights for the price of one, while others have simply slashed lead-in rates. So it’s the best time for us ladies to get to together with some of our favourite friends, but the worse time because everyone’s on holiday abroad, LOL!
I have been reading a lot, more than usual this month, which has been great and I am really enjoyed it too! I found Lee Child’s and Jeffery Deaver books. Yes, I know I should have done so by now, but I have been preoccupied!

I would highly recommend them to escape into and they are fabulous especially Jack Reacher in Lee Childs books!

I am not planning on going away this month, July, but I am away in August at the end with a wonderful friend, but the rest of the month I will be here waiting for you, reading! Happy holidays folks and see you when you get back, including my girlfriends. LOL
